This system has long been owned by me but has seen seldom use in the past 2 years. I will try to describe the items to the best of my knowledge. if you want further description or specific photos please let me know!
Mamiya 645 Pro body with AE Prism, motor drive, Back with 120 and 220 inserts, 80mm f2.8N lens, 55mm F2.8 C lens, and 150mm F3.5 Lens-$600
35mm f3.5 C lens-$250
80mm F1.9 C lens-$150

I started building this system in early 2006. I bought the 55mm and 35mm lenses off a local photographer. I purchased the 150mm off of ebay from Adorama. The body, back, prism and 80mm f2.8 were purchased on ebay from a private seller. Last October I purchased the 80mm F1.9 and 220 insert from KEH. Everything works as it should unless otherwise noted below.

The body and back are clean with a few scratches. The only real blemish here is the cracked battery compartment. I never had an issue with this and the door stay closed without an issue. I am including the hand crank for this camera that I never use.
The motor drive rubber is quite dinged up. The AE prism has lost its finish but works great.

The 80mm f2.8 lens has a two blemishes on an interior lens element. One is about 1/4" in diameter and the other maybe 1/10". I had an old C version of this lens and saw no difference between the two in the field.

The 55mm lens is in the best condition. It's clean with only paint loss on the mount. I'm going to say there might be a couple of specks of dust on the interior but very minor. Comes with front and rear lens caps and UV filter.

The 150mm lens I purchased with a speck on the interior element. I have trouble even located it sometimes. The front element has a few scratches but no coating loss. There minor brassing on the rabbit ears and paint loss on the mount. This comes with a front lens cap and UV filter.

The 35mm lens has a couple speck of internal dust but nothing major. There are a couple minor scratches on the glass and no coating problems. The paint has a bit of wear on the mount and around the filter ring but nothing major. Comes with front and rear lens caps and 77mm UV filter.

The 80mm f1.9 lens is the only lens that has a functionality problem. I bought this lens specifically to shoot my brother's wedding. It works great. Unfortunately not too long afterward I noticed that the aperture doesn't stop down past f11 properly. I don't know why you'd lug this lens around to shoot and anything but full aperture but I have to note this. I didn't note it at the time of purchase or I would have immediately returned it. This lens would benefit from a cleaning. The exterior is a bit dirty and the mount like all the others is experiencing paint loss. Comes with front and rear lens caps.

I am willing to combine everything for $850 shipped.
