My Mamiya 645 Pro comes only with a power drive. It's bulky, so I'm interested in purchasing a winding crank.
Few weeks ago, I saw a junk Mamiya M645 1000S at a local camera shop, but forgot to ask about it.
Are the winding cranks for both cameras compatible to each other?

The crank for the Mamiya 1000s does not fit the M645Pro - it's only for the M645, M645J, 645 E bodies).
The crank for the M645Pro is identical with the crank for the M645Super, and the M645ProTL bodies.

I think the 645E crank is different than the "classic series" (ie M645) ones. Not sure if it's the same as the Super/Pro series, though.

As the power winder for the 1000s will work with the 645E (something Mamiya didn't advertise) I expect the 645E's crank will work with the older models.

Yeah, don't think that'll fit the classic series. I had both classic and the Pro, they aren't interchangable.

At least that's what google images says.
