The reason that you can't find this adaptor that everyone has failed to mention is that the image projected on the film by lenses intended for 35 film cameras won't cover the negative area in medium format cameras.Its the other way around, Canon to Mamiya. You'r right Mark, it's me that's confusedSomehow, I think you meant circle of coverage.
Confusion is more likely to be general, rather than circuitous.
The results from attaching the FD lens might be entertaining - even surprising - but I doubt they will be of high technical quality.
