I will list all of the items as being in BGN condition using a KEH scale. The camera, PD Prism and winder work fine. I will also include a hand crank and an original Mamiya M645 Manual. This manual is virtually the same as the 1000s manual (which I can provide in PDF format). The meter on the prism has been tested over several rolls of film and works properly. It includes a battery. The camera includes a 120 insert and front body cap.
