i asked about the camera
because there are 2 different mamiya 6 cameras.
one was a rf folder that had a standard 75mm lens
the other was much newer than the 1940s camera.

i figured it might be nice to know which one it was ...

Sorry people who asked q's about the sale. My statement above wasn't in response to general questions. To explain, shortly after posting here, I was made an offer outside of this site. I didn't want to reply to all the questions I'd received until I knew if the camera was still available which, it turns out it wasn't so it wasn't worth persuing the matter any further.

My strop was in response to the message following my saying it was sold. So john and trask, apologies if I offended you guys.

I'm with Leon. The thing was sold, he posted as such, then gets flak for lack of description or pms. Would more info have been better? Sure, but it apparently didn't hurt his transaction, and he doesn't owe anyone anything. Come on, from posting of the original ad to his sold announcement was 15 hours!
