I purchased a Mamiya 6 body several months ago. I have been looking for a lens to go with it ever since, and have been finding it surprisingly hard to come by, so I figured I would ask and see if anyone has one they are looking to sell. USA only, the last attempt I made on here to get this lens fell through because of the difficulty of trans-atlantic shipping. I would consider the other lenses for the camera, especially the 150mm but I am really looking for the 75.

Keh has 2 of them right now. They usually have Mamiya 6 lenses.

My reticence with those is that one of them is in "ugly" condition, meaning it probably has bad fungus or haze. What's the point of a Mamiya 6 if it's going to have reduced image quality! The other has bent filter ring, which I'm usually open to, but it does imply the lens has been dropped before, which is never good for the internal alignment of the elements. I'd probably be willing to get one like that from a member of the forum here who could vouch for the lens still being in good shape, but it's hard to pay $650 for something that is a question mark. The last one I've found from my usual vendors is one for $600 at Roberts / Used Photo Pro that has some very small spots of fungus. I'm open to having teeny tiny spots of fungus that will truly have minimal effect on IQ, but I think $400 would be a more appropriate price for any lens with fungus, since it hurts the resale value so much. I don't know maybe I'm being too much of a perfectionist. What do you guys think?

There's a bunch of 75mm lenses for the Mamiya 6 on Ebay at the moment including one in Indianapolis. I like the 75mm and the 50mm is absolutely spectacular. As mentioned the 150 needs to be well calibrated. I never bonded with that lens since the minimum focal distance is 1.8m (almost 6 ft!) .....they are the least expensive though

Pretty much $950 for a clean one. There's no such thing as a cheap Mamiya 6 these days.

Haha ok, if money were no objective I could get it. But it is. I've seen perfectly good condition ones go for around $600-650 in the last few months, there just happens to be none for sale right now! KEH had a bargain one with no noted flaws at that price about a month ago I wish I had gotten. You guys are making the one with fungus from Roberts look like a deal...

I've never bought anything listed as "ugly" from KEH. I saw the filter ring dent note as well. I've seen them pop up used at B&H too, but not frequently.
