Mamiya 50mm 4.5 Sekor C fits the Mamiya RB67 Pro SD but not the Pro S? Help please

I just got a 50mm 4.5 Sekor C lens...it mounts perfectly fine to the Pro SD camera but not the Pro S. I vaguely remember an adapter may be needed to work on the S ? Thanks for help

No. You need to remove the ring on the back of your lens. It is held on by friction.

Thank you! So my lens right now has a ring (adapter) fit on the back which it allows the lens to mount to the SD camera...and when I remove the ring, the lens will now fit the smaller Pro S ? Is that correct?
