Very fine Mamiya 145mm soft focus lens. Cheap adapters are available on ebay to mount this on modern day Canon EF digital cameras. I used this on my Canon 5D.

Comes with boths caps and in nice, clean condition with no issues. works perfect with very clean glass. Signs of light use.
