Mamiya 145mm f/4 soft focus lens

Does anyone have an instruction booklet for this M645 lens? I've tried the familiar sources such as Craig's List w/o success. Mamiya has a number of manuals on their web site but only for cameras. Instructions for the RB67 series soft focus lenses do not apply as the design principles of the lenses are completely different (this one does not use the 'tea-strainer').
