Hi all,
I've gone through a few posts trying to find something useful to do with about 17 sheets of old Polacolor type 58, and hopefully someone here can add something to point me down the right path.
-The developer used has a pH of about 13.
-The negative has a carbon backing.
I don't really have any direction for developer, maybe HC-110 or caffenol brought up to pH 13. I don't have a good sense of which developer would have the best stability at that alkalinity.
Would it be possible to view the negative like a tintype? I don't expect to be able to remove the carbon backing, so silver on a black background might be my best option.
Thank you for any help you can give!
