Hello everyone! I`m fresh in Pt/Pd printing but I almost have whole chemistry for it and I would like to start as soon as possible. The "only" think i don`t have is Ferric oxalate. I have a lot of Ferrous oxalate and I would like to try making my own ferric oxalate but i can`t find a good recipe. Maybe someone have a recipe for making dry ferric oxalate from ferrous oxalate with some amounts?
I was searching and searching and searching but i didn`t found anything. I mean i found few recipes but I couldn`t find anything about making dry ferric from ferrous.
Regards!

As a chemist I am hard pressed to think of anyway to oxidize dry ferrous oxalate. For reliable conversion any oxidizing agent would have to completely infiltrate each granule. Not an easy task.

I have a friend in a laboratory and he can make some ferric oxalate for me but I need to give him the amounts of ferrous oxalate and other chemistry. On B&S there is nothing about making strait from ferrous oxalate.
