Should I hold off ordering from JandC until the tempertures fall a bit. Toronto is now in the Hot and Humid season and I don't like the idea of my film order baking in the back of a delivery truck.

If J&C has what you want in stock you'd better order it. Otherwise when you get around to it they might be out of stock. If heat concerns you then choose overnight, early morning delivery.

Bill is in Canada, that means overnight takes about two weeks - at least from what all the Canadians say. :D

Actually, it never gets there at all

I usually order from Adorama in NYC and the film arrives in 3 days. You've got a bit more distance than I do for your delivery, but I've never had a problem.

About two weeks back I ordered a 30.5 meter roll of Efke 25 from Freestyle Photo. It took about four days to get from California to northern Michigan (Fedex) in normal summer weather (highs temps about 24 degrees C or 75 degrees F). I processed a roll last weekend and everything looks good.
