Does anyone know the size of the outer thread of that gizmo, in which the lens in the Magnitarus 10x15 is screwed into?

That enlarger you don't see much. Given that Meopta has such a nice visual part of their enlargers on their site, I think Dann's suggestion is right.

Meopta did put out catalogs, if you'd know what were the years of production, that would help.

Finally, in the center of Prague there's the large photo store Foto Skoda. You will find an email address on their site. They may know someone . . .

Why don't you ask Meopta? https://www.meopta.com/en/ for their English front page.

Would there be anyone still knowledgable?
They gave up that sector many years ago. The enlarger in question basically is a 30's design and made until 1972....
You would then need someone at Meopta diving into their technical-archive or -collection (if any still existent) and look such up or measure. Their history site seems based only on publications.
