I'm in New York and sent my camera to a repair shop in Florida(Pansonic Repair supposedly). It came back "fixed" for what I sent it down there for, but it's showing a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle when I turn it on. None of the buttons work so I can't reset it. I called them, and they said to send it back but wondering if there's anything I can do first. Thanks.

If you have the software on your PC see if it will respond with tethered connection or if the PC recognizes it

You're probably in service mode. Shutter dial to A, then do the factory reset.

Sorry, I thought I saw you get the factory reset sequence over at dpreview. I believe the generic reset is: shutter speed and aperture to A, power on, hold down Menu/Set and right keypad (which is WB on the LX100), turn power off. When prompted, you can now press right/WB twice to exit service mode and do the factory reset. If you have a camera with European settings, you can wander around the menus to adjust/remove limits on video recording times, etc., which exist to avoid the higher import duty on devices classed as video recorders rather than cameras.

If you're sure the button is physically stuck, then you're not going to get very far.

It's not physically stuck, but the pushing the buttons brings no results. I guess I will have to send it back down to the place that repaired it. I should of just sold it on Ebay for parts. I learned my lesson!
