Does any one still use these? I assume only valuable to a working pro.

I have some that I should sell - great for outdoor work, particularly for group shots as fill.
Also works as a bare bulb flash in situations where AC cords would be in the photograph, i.e bathroom interiors.
Also for placing in interior architectural shots where no AC power is close by or not yet installed (new construction).

Of course especially if shooting film but even HDR does not seem to do as good a job as fill flash used correctly.

What model/generation power packs?

I use Lumedyne some(not a pro, just a guy who like studio lights and likes the power/portability of Lumedyne stuff).

I'd be interested in any of the "fast"(short flash duration) packs, fast recycle packs, booster packs, and any of the newer ones that allow more fine control of output(not just the old 50/100/200/400 type).

Also interested in any dead battery packs, as I rebuild these for myself and for resale.
