Luc Shutter - a little rough on the outside, but the shutter works perfectly. All three tightening knobs present and working. Lens opening is 1 1/2 inches.

How does this work? Does it attach to the outside of the lens, or do the lens cells attach to it like a normal shutter?

They fit on the front of a lens, they have one instant speed, T and open for focussing.

Do you know what the instant speed is? Aren't most of them about 1/25?

I've not tested the 3 shutters I have one's a LUC, but a 1/25th sounds about right, it's faster than 1/10th.
