Does anyone know how you go about dismantling the colour head on a LPL 7700 colour enlarger so the two heat insulated wires to the ceramic bulb holder can be replaced. The wires go from the back of the bulb holder and down the side of the lamp house between the lamp house and the outer grey casing. There does not appear to be any way of accessing the connection between the main input cable from the transformer and the twin wires to the bulb housing.

I've only the VCCE head at hand, but I see screws on either side of the ceramic bulb holder that most likely hold the side plates in place.
And of course, Kevin Brown at KHB might be able to assist: http://www.khbphotografix.com/LPL/LPL7700series.htm
