I am currently living in Brazil, looking to move out to Europe. I have Italian citizenship, so I can work anywhere in the European Union.
I’m looking for a “hands-on” photography-related job, but I can take other roles including helping with administration and other related tasks.
I’m 41, have been taking photos for 28 years now and am experienced with 35mm, medium format and large format equipment. I’m familiar with film processing, including color (except color printing). I can scratch mix formulas and know how to follow safety-related lab best practices.
I also have extensive knowledge in digital image manipulation (color correction, etc.) and shooting with digital cameras. I am used to working primarily with Apple Mac computers, but I can also use Microsoft Windows. Have been using Adobe products since Photoshop 2.5!
I own and run a business here in Brazil and am used to an overcomplicated tax code, so I think I can handle whatever else is thrown at me.
I can write my own software in several languages, and spreadsheets are a piece of cake for me.
I can easily adapt to new environments and learn new skills, specially languages. I like to talk and consider myself an empathic person.
Anything will do: assistant, lab worker, whatever. I can talk more about my skills and send a resumé under request.
