I'm getting married this fall and we're doing a non-traditional ceremony/reception in our backyard. I would love to have bunch of simple-use, plastic 35mm cameras floating around for guests to be taking snapshots throughout the evening. Does anyone have a line on a reliable/affordable option that can be purchase in bulk?
I would load them with HP5+ and process the film myself later on. They would need to have a built-in flash.
I'm currently looking at the Kodak M35, but I'm open to other options.
Since you want to have several of them, you'll save a lot by getting a single-use -- AKA, disposable -- camera, when compared to reloadable cameras, like the Kodak M35. Ilford sells one with HP5, and Kodak has one with Tri-X -- about $15. They have similar features with a built-in flash and battery.
But if money is no object, or you prefer to give away the cameras for re-use, then the M35, or similar models, makes sense.
Sure, but are you invited to the wedding?
It was the OP's friends I was referring to.
And I was thinking back to my wedding, and all the photograper friends who were there.
