I not good with scans. But I don't have time to print as I used to.
What is the quickest way to print in DR?
I like to get dozen of OK prints at once. Using simple Vivitar enlarger, condenser head, filter tray.
The only way I think of, is to use post card sized paper and find a way how to expose all paper at once (one after another one) and then develop at once as well.

As long as your camera has a good meter and all of the negatives are properly exposed properly this is easy to do. I would keep my negatives as an uncut strip. I modified my negative carrier with a little tape so that the 2 parts would sit just a little bit apart with just enough space for the negative strip to slide through it. I would get a good exposure for the first test print. Then pull the negatives through the carrier and expose 35 more sheets of 4x5 paper. Then I would develop them in batches of 12. Worked fine for me.

I have a Saunders proofing mask that lets me print four 4x5's on a single 8x10 sheet. It is a great way to do "proofs".
