Looking for Omnia Pro Line RA-4 Processor Admin Code (Model 140-120)

Hi everyone,

Throwing a bottle into the sea here — any help would be truly appreciated!

I’m a photography technician at Concordia University in Montreal. We still teach analogue photography, including chromogenic printing using an Omnia Pro Line RA-4 processor (model 140-120).

Recently, we experienced what seems to have been a short circuit. We've managed to repair most of the damage, but it looks like the system reset and we may have lost the programming.

I can access the user mode, but I’m trying to get into the administrator mode. The person who originally sold us the processor years ago confirmed that an admin mode exists beyond the standard operator level, but unfortunately, he no longer remembers the code.

The Omnia company has shut down, and the original designer has passed away. So here I am, hoping someone here might know the code or know of someone who does. Maybe a former Omnia rep, technician, or someone who’s worked with these processors?

Thank you for the warm welcome, and also for the suggestion.


I did check with my contact, but unfortunately, he said he never shared the admin code with any of the buyers. According to him, the admin mode also allowed them to disable the machine if the buyer didn’t pay on time — definitely not our case!


So I’m still stuck for now. If anyone happens to know a technician or former Omnia rep who might have access to the code, or any information about it, I’d be very grateful!
