I have a 2-yr backlog of 120 film to scan (purely for web & promotional purposes), and would like to graduate from my old Epson flatbed to a dedicated film scanner.

I know they are extremely scarce, and the prices are out of this world.

Can anyone recommend something that would set me back about $500-700USD, with a holder that doesn't require me to cut the strips apart?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

Good luck in your search. But don't look here. We have nothing to contribute to your search but healthy supplies of piss and vinegar. :D Try www.DPUG.org.

You won't get much on that budget - consider sending it out to someone with a Flextight. And, yeah - DPUG...
