I discovered this place a few weeks ago when I was visiting (and somewhat lost in) Paris. They stock a lot a film (35 mm to large format), chemicals and darkroom equipment. You can also order from them and they ship overseas.

That's where I used to stock up on supplies when I lived in France. They're not cheap though -- but great to have if you're in a pinch and need film or paper right away.
