I'm trying to source a used silver recovery system, such as the CPAC ElectroSilver Mini or Champion SRU-375, for my analog photography lab located in downtown Quebec City,
I’d really appreciate any leads that may be out there.

Back in the day, pre-2008 when we retired from our custom lab, we dealt with a local silver refiner. However, we use a silver recovery bucket with steel wool. After silver saturation tests, we would send it in to be refined and paid minus the refining charges. I know CPAC sold recovery systems but not currently aware if they still exist or other companies that do. Have you checked with refiners in Canada?
Can you not use a steel wool recovery bucket? Hospitals used X-rays in the past, perhaps an old recovery system is still around?
