Looking for an iPhone camera app that fully locks shutter speed, ISO, and white balance

I'm looking for an iPhone camera app that allows me to fully lock the shutter speed, ISO, and white balance during shooting.

I tried the app "Manual", and while it does let me set these values manually, I've noticed that the metadata (Exif) of the resulting images does not always match the settings I chose. For example, I set ISO to 400, but the saved image metadata showed ISO 320.

Also, every time I relaunch the Manual app, I need to reconfigure all the manual settings, which is quite inconvenient.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could recommend an iOS camera app that:

• Fully locks exposure settings (shutter speed, ISO) and white balance
• Retains those settings even after restarting the app
• Saves images with accurate Exif metadata

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
