Looking for an instant stand up rain shield/shelter

I was looking around the net for something like a stand-up canopy/shelter for use with taking pictures in the rain. Mostly what I have found are instant tents for changing and restroom usage. What would anyone suggest as being a good all around rain shelter for setting up a tripod in? Something that quickly sets up and has more of a height opening, light to carry and comes with a case or bag.
