First of all, welcome to Photrio!
Leaf shutters often stick because oil drifted onto the blades, making them stick together due to surface tension of the liquid. You can unscrew the front lens-group, and gently rub the leaves with a swab soaked in naphtha or Ronsonol lighter fluid (which is naphtha). That will unstick the shutter long enough to photograph an event.
For the top, look for tiny screws securing the top to the camera.
The Lord is unusual in that its lens is somewhat wide angle, being 40 mm.
Enjoy it!
