Looking for a workshop in France or Spain or Italy or Grat Britain

Hi !
For my 50 birthday, I'm offered a token to attend a workshop pertaining to my passion : Black and White photography, preferably using medium or large format.
I'm looking either a technical one or an aesthetic/vision one.
I have no idea of what I "need" and of what could/is offered.
I am able to follow a course in French, of course, and English.
What do you know will take place this spring/summer in the location specified ?

There are many English language photo workshops in Tuscany, Italy. There is a reason some much inspired art came from that region. The landscape, the towns and cities, and the people will inspire you.

The International Center for Photography, located in New York City, may be a good place to start looking. The Maine Photographic Workshops have instructors who teach in Europe. I'd see what they are offering as well.

I'm sure you can google for a list.

A year and a half ago, when I turned 50, no one afford me such a nice gift. Enjoy your journey. Happy birthday!

OK Schlapp ..... that is the APUG-meeting.... but there is workshops during the summertime in week:

26 basic analog photography
27 portrait
28 Old technique (Cyanotypi - Albumen -liquid emulsion etc.)

The Apug meeting is in september (and that is not so much summer here in Denmark)

Yes, Fintan, I would be delighted to read from Irish people !
When I wrote about Great Britain, I was thinking, in fact, at all countries speaking English... But Gaelic or Scot will be very difficult for me to handle ! (note that I do prefer beer over scotch) ...
I hope I do not offend Irish people !
