For all those new APUGers like myself, found a great site if you're looking for a quotation to use as a signature....www.photoquotes.com.
Just thought I'd share!

Well, I guess that's it. There is a website for _everything_.

Yep, no matter how sick, twisted and perverted you are, there's a website to cater for you :-(
(As some innocent but ill advised key words on Google will show.)

I was doing a search for Aluminum Studs on google. This was for the darkroom I plan on building. I wanted to know price, general information -- the usual.

In any event, one of the first links was a site that promised wholesale prices, distribution etc so I clicked it.

I was bombarded by a torrent of gay porn popups. I was in a work environment so I was trying to close the windows like a madman. Of course for every window I closed at least one more poped up and every second or third window went full screen. It was, inretrospect, pretty funny.

I would classify the link that Niall posted as unusual rather than "sick and twisted" (Although I admit that I didn't read all of the quotes :D)

Hehe! The tone of this thread took a nose-dive fairly early on!!

I typed "Photography quotes" into Google and a good few of the results did point down the "sick and twisted" route alright.

One of my fifth grade students, a few years ago at christmas, was doing a comparison between the thmes for toys made for boys and toys made for girls. He typed boy toys into the search engine. Low and behold every hit was blocked by the school's fire-wall, thank god. He did have a few questions about the search engine descriptions though.
