Looking for a power cable

I have an Elmo VP-A Dual-Filmatic movie projector without a power cable. I don't know where to start looking; what is this type of connection called. See pic below.

What is the rods' distance?

The distance between (centre to centre) is 10mm and the rods are 4mm diameter

At the common mains plug the distance is 19mm and the diameter about 5mm.

When I come along a weird mains connector, I always buy it. One never knows...

Thanks, I've been to that site a few times looking for information but never thought to email.
I did notice another Elmo projector on the site with the same power input:

What I would(*) do, if faced with such a situation: remove the exotic input connector; replace it with a metal plate with two holes for fixation and a central hole (plus rubber grommet) for the cable, and install a standard (Neutral+Live+Earth) cable, soldered inside.
Or, variant of above, pull out the prongs and drill a hole in the middle of the existing receptacle (again, grommet required).
Or, replace the odd receptacle with a standard IEC receptacle.

and get an IEC cable, commonly used for the mains connection of personal computers. An intermediate plate may be required to ensure there are no gaps in the enclosure (electrical safety)

(*) In fact, I am in just that situation with 60's vintage receiver-amplifier. Will wire a mains cord directly inside the apparatus.

Yes, if the projector was a user and not a collector sample I too would take out the old connector and either by adapter plate install a new, common connector or a fixed cable. It always could be turned into the original version once the original cable shows up for cheap. The saved money then rather should be spend on more propriatory parts to to be replaced (eg. driving belt).
