Looking for a developer for Neopan 400

Rodinal 1+100 is nice, but I find I need to shoot it at around EI250.

For full box speed, PC-TEA 1+50 for 10 minutes looks very good. Sharp, little grain, and great shadow detail.

I know it probably doesn't qualify as a liquid concentrate, but for that little extra speed (EI 650), Diafine does well.
