Looking for a darkroom clock

This clock doesn't do what you want in acting as a normal clock, but I think it is a wonderful clock for any darkroom in terms of accuracy and design:-


I have two of them in my darkroom.

Or, you could just buy a simple, white faced, accurate wall clock, and apply thin strips of luminous vinal tape, to the tips of the hands, to track the elapsed time visually, like for long agitations.

The white face will reflect the Red or Orange safe light but be aware of reflected or scattered enlarger light.
