I have a lens coming in that takes a 34mm filter. I’m looking for a quality filter, not Tiffen, UV or clear but have not found a source. Any suggestions?

I've had lenses with hard-to-find filters sizes. I solve the problem -- and saved $$$ -- by using a step-up ring.

Depending on the lens, a step-up ring might be all the shade you need. Otherwise use a shorter or wider shade.

Thanks GregY, I’m looking for a thin filter and I don’t see them with Heliopan.

I think they're still pretty thin... I had 2 for my CV 40mm 2.8 Heliar
Still nothing modern is as thin as those lovely Canon filters from the 50s 60s

I've got a couple of Pentax and Minolta filters from the same era, and they are amazingly thin -- AND have front filter threads.
