Looking for 1 hour C-41 processing and 4"x6" printing near Mall Washington DC

Can anyone please suggest a quality 1 hour C-41 35mm film and 4"x6" print lab? I need to have some Ilford XP-2 processed and printed. (THE CATCH) :confused:It needs to be within walking distance of the Mall, the Capitol or Capitol Hill area, Washington, DC.

Don't know about 1-hour, but generally same-day service is available at Penn Camera on E Street (just 2 blocks from the National Archives, between 8th and 9th on E Street NW).
