have one prototype and one not wobbling anymore. didnt yet have time-over 20 years to take images. but i studied and altered some things.
1. there is a e-book. maybe its identical to the one linked here. if there is a file-section i will transfer the pngs to pdf and upload. original ebook is deeply stored on one of my older hdds. not easy to be found.
2. disadvantage. on 35 camera only one meter of film could be used thanks to thickness of takeupspool. no space for thicker.
3. i altered existing mount now takes C/Y lenses also shift PC-Distagon 35/2.8 but screws must be moved or front rebuild. i will use solid 3M duallock to hold stuff together. this lens has 63mm image circle. means 63-43= 20mm shift. maybe a but more can be gained with a bit of lightfalloffs. one must test. biggest advantage with unperforated film is its large vertical angle. will calculate it.
4. i thought about a rotationcounter. when needed rotation is reached image can be taken. one is rotating the cam and exposure can be done when right rotation speed is reached. manual rotation is also possible- e.g. slowing down at darker areas of the circle.
5. most interesting new item is: we made additional film-takeup-spool for 18mm distagon. be aware zeiss lenses not always have nominal FL. 28mm is 29mm in reality.
6. i have data of a wedge he was using for dual-shot 3dstereopan. sort of prism shooting to the left. then mounting rotated shooting right imag. similar dr clauss not online any more.
Eyescan has/had a genious shift-technique inside. never understood it.
