I developed my first B&W film in 1957. Old Kodak box camera. Been through lots of cameras. Eventually settled on Leica range finders. I’ve done a lot of my photography in Paris with an M6. Recently purchased a Q3 Monochrom.
Interested more in composition and intent than in equipment.
Awesome, please feel free to start threads on it, comment, share examples etc. This is a really refreshing viewpoint to include and very welcome indeed!
Thanks koraks. I will be able to post a few examples when I get home from Paris next week. Editing on an iPad isn’t working for me. Some older Paris work can be seen at

Oh, thanks so much! Here's the clickable link for those interested in having a look (which I'd certainly recommend): https://toutparis.blogspot.com/
I think you very aptly capture the city the way I've also always experienced it (not a native, mind you; just an occasional visitor).
"Converting" can mean a lot of things. Many here, like myself, have added digital to their "camera bag", but haven't abandoned film. Does "converting" in you case mean no more film?
