Lomography, the company

for a company that was founded on a cheap, low cost camera, they seem to have left their roots behind them. Their cameras, and lenses, routinely run several hundred dollars. And they don't even fund their own projects anymore. They put them on Kickstarter. Have they gone public by any chance ?
