Here we have my Horizon Perfekt camera, this is a great fun camera that I've used at home and on holiday. The results are sharper than you'd expect from a Lomo camera, and the lens is actually quite good.

It shoots nice panoramas, but I've decided to reduce the number of cameras I own and this is one of the ones that did not make the cut.

I think all the bits are included, you get:

The camera
Boxes
Strap
Filters (little snap on things which can add nice effects)
A book of photos taken with Horizon cameras.
Manuals, papers etc.

I'll throw in a couple of rolls of film for the winner.
