Lodima & Azo Color Sensitvty Data

1st try was lost.
This is short version!


Anyone have... or know where a copy is, of
(eg. PE's)
color sensitvity data for

Kodak's Azo,
PE's Azo workalike and
Lodima FA

???

I recall Kirk asking for it and M (of M&P) talking about it,
but I can't find the actual (raw) data.

M never responsed to my request for data on the new film. I have no idea why! Maybe he's trying to hide something. Or perhaps he doesn't have any actual data. Maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about!

Now then, I have no interest in bad mouthing any one's work.
I openly admire the effort of someone involved in bringing a new product into the world.
I wish I could have been involved!

The bottom line however, is that the color sensitivity of a new emulsion still under development doesn't really matter....
it can be changed rather easily.

The key is knowing where you want to go and how to get there.

So, I don't think it would hurt M or LFA if we saw the actual data...

but then again,
from M's perspective,
the people who really need to look at comparative data
are those responsible for producing the new material.

Placed in front of a group of lay people
it is just an open invitation for
public scrutiny....

My interest is only in quietly comparing the 3
in an attempt to evaluate certain claims being made.

That was from 2005 AZO...
Now we need data from the other known AZO's,
PE's work-alike and LFA.

Spectral data for the old Lupex papers would be helpful too...
Do any of Agfa's old book/booklets include spectral sensitivity data?

Mine don't, but that part of my collection is still very weak.
If someone has good data sheets for Lupex (or even Brovira/Portriga) I would love to hear about them.

Somewhere I have spectral sensitivity curves for Lodima Fine Art SIlver Chloride paper, but I have never scanned them, as I could see no use for them other than to determine that they were "correct." I am now traveling and do not have access to the curves. When I return, if someone next week will send me a reminder by email, NOT by PM, I will try to locate them. No promises, as Paula and I have so much going on with the paper, publishing new books before the end of the year, and our own photography, not to mention another thing which takes up more time than the previous combined.

Assuming I can locate them, it will take some time to get them on our web site. If Ray Rogers will send me his email I can send the curves directly to him, assuming he will agree not to post them anywhere. It is not that I will not post them, I will at some point when I have time to talk to our web person.

I would be interested too, mainly to know which illumination I may use when handling the paper. Other people might be too, thus it seems a good idea to post the curves on your website.
