It's a 6 inch f4.5 Peztval. Obviously a theater projection lens. No adjustable aperture.
But what's weird about it is that it's very long. The rear group is designed to be an inch inside the tube. The result is that at infinity it will almost make a circle picture on 4X5 film. So consider it a round picture lens. Even very close to the subject it vignettes.
Again it's no Dallmeyer 3B, but consider it a special purpose lens. Round pictures are COOL!
