Lithophane Process ; Porcelain and dichromated gelatin relief graduation effect

In 180 years , only one book published for Lithophane process. This is the claim of Lithophane Museum at Ohio. Its 59 dollars with 300 examples and happily museum does not send it to outside of US!

I want to learn how dichromated gelatin and porcelain reliefs effect the original negative ?

Is there any paper on becoming relief and after that effect of that reliefs to original first image with scientific precision and details.
