Does lith printing work with RC? If so, which papers work best?

One paper that works is Fomatone MG RC. I've heard that some people get lith effects on the Variant III, also from Foma, but I don't know if it's the FB or RC version.

You would most probably get lith effects on Fotokemika EMAKS PE and Varycon PE. I think you can get Fotokemika papers from Freestyle.

I may be wrong, but it would probably work if you bleach a RC print and redevelop it in lith developer.

Thanks all. I saw part one of that article, but I somehow missed part two.

The problem with many RC papers is they have some developer in the emulsion. Some will say, and some won't. However, you can get many to lith as Dr. P recommened, by bleaching and redeveloping in lith. I have found that you generally get a better response with a copper sulfate bleach, or add salt to the KBr/ferricyanide bleach. I have not tried eliminating the KBr completely in favor of salt to see if it would produce a warmer response.

In any event, I would keep the old brown separate from the other old brown you may have from proven papers.
