Lisegang Rajah Enlarger

I'm currently on the lookout for a 4x5" enlarger that will fit in my sorry excuse for a darkroom (bathroom), and I've found a gentleman who is selling a Lisegang Rajah enlarger. However I have not been able to find much information about this type of enlarger on the net, and I was wondering if there was anyone here who might have experience with one? I'm mainly concered with size and weight, as well as how it handles.
