I have some gold chloride that has deliquesced. Is there any problem with using it in this form? Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to draw it up with a syringe or dropper and weigh it as I would in its solid form? Should I transfer it to a glass container?

It should be fine. Gold chloride is very hygroscopic, so what you're seeing isn't unusual. Just make sure you base your dilutions on the original weight of the material.
