I just wanted to report back here now that some time has passed when mixing from the replacement bottle from PF.

I mixed the replacement batch (600ml) on 12/19/16 and have used it for about 5 or 6 printing sessions, mostly smaller prints; 4x6 or 3.5x5 with the occasional 5x7 thrown in.

I've kept it as I always do in a jobo 1000ml bottle with a squirt of Tetenal Protectan before capping.

So far so good, the color is getting darker, right now it's like weak tea but it still works, the blacks are still there and it's about as fast to develop as when I started.

I'll report back when it's finally dead.

2 weeks and 5 days and counting.

I just wanted to report on my latest batch.

I mixed in on 1/8/17 and it's still going strong here on 1/29/17.

That's 21 days so far. To be fair, I haven't used it much, I've been out of town so it's been sealed in a jobo bottle with a squirt of Tetenal gas on top.

I just wanted to report again on this developer. As I said; mixed 1/8/17 and now it's 2/4/17 and i'm still getting good development. I just got done doing 15 APUG post cards just fine.
Thanks PE...nice job.

I've mentioned this in many posts, but my experiences with Liquidol have made it my only standard paper developer (short of lith printing anyway). If it were just the long life (which in my experience is stellar) I might try other things, but there's something about the blacks and low-end rendering on fiber - just has more depth to my eye that Dektol.

With Foma liquid emulsion, it's like looking at black velvet or something... a killer combination for sure.

Long life, beautiful image rendering, and liquid concentrate convenience - it's the shizz, at the kids say.
