Hello. I found on a site from my country "Linotype"-"Hell" ELS-3.000 Ultra 2 scanner. I'm intrested in it because you can scan some transparency stuff - not small format films, because after all it's a flatblad scanner, but from medium format up to large format, is good.
But the problem is the driver. I can't find it on the internet. And since I can't find it, if I will get the scanner (the lady who sells it told me that it will get automatically the driver from the internet, but obiously that's a non-sense; this scanner is no older then year 1997-1998), I will not be able to operate it.
It's a S.C.S.I. connection, so if I will get a 'VueScan', can I operate the scanner with the 'VueScan'? And how I can check if 'VueScan' haves the driver for it?
