For sale is a beautiful Linhof Technika V. This Tech V was purchased from KEH not too long ago, but I am selling it because I purchased a fairly new Master Tech from a local gentleman.

This Tech V is in fantastic condition and works beautifully. It was recovered in black leatherette recently and looks like a master tech now. The bellows is newer and are in excellent condition. All of the knobs and adjustments work fine. It also has the newer style rise lever seen from the master tech. I am not sure if it left the factory that way or was put on later. It has a fresnel and the older style Linhof GG with the 6x9 rectangle. Looks good.

The leather on the pop up hood is in excellent condition and folds out nice and straight. The bubble level is working correctly.

The rangefinder works great, I have used it to take several shots.

There are only 3 things to note.

1. It does not have a hand strap or bracket, so the area where that mounts is empty. Not a big issue if you plan to use it on a tripod, if not you might want to buy a strap or bracket.

2. The rear rotating back doesn't align perfectly with the body. It sits slightly crooked, about 1mm or less. It's barely noticeable, and the only way it would really be an issue is if you are taking images of horizons hand held. I've discussed this with Marflex and some other repair techs and there is really nothing that can be done short of buying a new rotating back piece.

3. cameraleather.com did not have the right template for this version of the Tech V and I wound up having to cut a small section myself near the top of the rangefinder. It's even so slightly rough in one spot, but not noticeable if you aren't aware of it.

I will sell this for $1300 + $25 shipping. PayPal or MO is OK. If you pay by MO, I will ship it for $10.
