About two years ago I was lucky enough to purchase a nice Technika V from a local estate sale. The camera came with a Komura 400mm tele lens and had no ground glass, but it did have a rather awkward reflex viewer. I found replacement ground glass, only to discover that I needed new bellows too. Now that I have replaced the bellows, and have a decent collection of more useful lenses, I would like to take the camera further afield. My only hesitation is that the reflex viewer was attached in place of the traditional door/hood combination and I'm not sure how to return the camera to it's original configuration. The frame, to which the reflex viewer was attached is screwed onto the camera, and uses wood spacers to hold the ground glass in place. I see where the pins for the door/hood would attach, but how does the ground glass stay in place without the spacers? I'm sure it's simple, but without another camera at hand to compare, I just don't know.
