3. Nikkor-W 150mm 1:5.6 lens, serial number 800827 with Copal No. 0 shutter, and cam, on Toyo mount board
4. Schneider-Kreuznach Symmar 210mm 1:5.6, 370mm 1:12 lens, serial number 11 003 847 with Syncro-Compur shutter, on Linhof mount board
5. Schneider-Kreuznach Componon 210mm 1:5.6 lens, serial number 10 931 639, unmounted, no shutter, no cam.
6. Polaroid 545 Land Film Holder

What case is that? I've seen them, but never know what they're called.
 
Nothing special and not specifically made for camera equipment. I think I picked up a couple at Home Depot years ago. Most of my gear is now in Pelican cases.
