So the question is : Are the optical prescriptions of the Linhof Press Zeiss Planar 100 lens and the Hasselblad Zeiss Planar 100 lens the same? The answer sounds like yes.
I have the Linhof Planar 100mm f/2.8, but not the Hasselblad Planar f/3.5. Aside from the different aperture, they both use a similar optical arrangement of 5 elements in 4 groups.
They are not the same calculation though, the Linhof Planar is much larger than the Hasselblad.
Thank you for all your thoughts so far. "Press" in this case refers to the camera model (not a folding design) not the shutter type.
My guess is that they are different because the Linhof Planar is made to cover 6x9cm and has a wider max aperture of f2.8.
